Cedar Hill Homes

Cedar Hill is one of the best-known neighborhoods in Cashiers.  It’s been around for a while, now, and any local banker will tell you that homes here tend to maintain their value!  It’s a lovely, quiet, gated neighborhood that has been in existence for about 20 or so years.  Cedar Hill Homes vary in size, finish and price.  There are many homes that are available for sale at well under $1M, and also many at well over $1M.   Cedar Hill has some of the best views of Laurel Knob, Bald Rock and Cow Rock that you’ll see anywhere in Cashiers!  It also has its own hiking trail, complete with waterfall, so you can really enjoy the mountain experience.  This past summer, we had some wonderful visitors there…we call them the 3 bears!  A mama and 2 cubs were very well-known to the residents and to visitors, too.  Deer, turkey and bobcats are also frequent visitors.  It’s a great neighborhood and you’ll think so, too.  There are currently several really nice building sites in Cedar Hill and also several homes available for sale.  Welcome home!

As part of Cedar Hill Homes, the entrance to the Summit at Cedar Hill, is shown here.  The Summit is exactly what the name implies.  It is the very top of the subdivision and has some of the most impressive views in the Cashiers area.  There are many beautiful homesites and homes for sale in The Summit.  You’ll love living at the top of the world!
